Dianne's most recent film project is her documentary titled "The Door," produced for the 168 Film Project. Film in April 2017, this film has been nominated for the 168 Film Project's "Evangelista Award." The film will premier at the 168 Film Festival in Los Angeles August 26-27, 2017.
In January 2015, Dianne's feature script finished as one of the top ten Finalists in the Kairos Prize for Spiritually Uplifting Screenplays.
For the 2014 168 Film Project Dianne joined a team in California as the writer and wrote the short script, "Swapped," produced by Kristina Sullivan and Darlene Rene, and directed by Katherine Micheaux Miller.
A different feature script by Dianne was a semifinalist in the Kairos Prize for Spiritually Uplifting Screenplays in January 2013.
In 2012 Dianne again participated in the 168 Film Project. This time she wrote, directed, and co-produced (with her husband) her short film "The Choice." You can see their film, “The Choice”on YouTube. It runs approx. 10 minutes. This story was inspired by a true story in her book Deliver Me.
In February 2011 a group of classmates from her Act One class came to Dianne's house in Colorado and made a short film in one week (168 hours) titled "Steel City" for the 168 Film Project. They didn't place in the short film contest, but their film did premier in the 168 Film Festival.
In late 2010 and early 2011, Dianne was contracted to work on and write on a feature-length film from a non-fiction optioned book. (To date unproduced.)
Her short script, “A Cowboy’s Faith,” finaled in the 168 Project’s “Write of Passage” in 2010. This story was also inspired by a true story in her book Deliver Me.
Dianne attended the Act One Writing for Film & Television Program in Hollywood, California, in 2010.
